Here is an installation tutorial and a brief review about the custom ROM Pixel Experience with Android 9 Pie. Also I comment quickly some of the differences (the ones that call my attention) that has this new version of Android with respect to the previous one, Oreo.
The only drawbacks I saw are that the ROM has the status of SeLinux in enforce, which prevents changes to the system, and that there are still a few apps that are not optimized to work on Android Pie.

ATTENTION: If you are going to try the ROM, make a backup copy of the ROM from TWRP recovery.

The installation system is very simple, following the steps:
- Wipes (dalvik, system, data and cache).
- Flash ROM, Flashear Fix VoLTE (optional).
- Wipe (cache / dalvik).
- Restart.

Requirements:
- Redmi Note 3 Pro (Not tested on Kate yet) with unlocked bootloader.
- TWRP recovery installed (latest version available).
- (Optional) Back up the ROM.
