3. And a Huawei Ascend G730 U10 device which you want to flash upgrade or downgrade

How To:
1. download firmware from blow given link
2. extract File and copy SD Upgrade folder in MMC Card
3. Rename SD Upgrade To dload
4. Put MMC Card in your device
5. Press volume up + volume down + Power Till upgrade processing start
