Here is a step by step guide on how to flash Huawei Device with Smartphone flash tool:

Step-1. Download and install MTK USB Driver on your computer or laptop. In case you have already installed Huawei Driver on your PC/Laptop then Skip this step.

Step-2. Download Huawei Stock firmware compatible with your Huawei Mobile or Tab, if you have already downloaded the Stock firmware file then ignore downloading it again, and extract the zip file it on your PC/Laptop.

Step-3. Power Off your Huawei device (if it is removable Battery, remove the Battery).

Step-4. Download and Extract SmartPhone Flash Tool on Your PC/Laptop.

Step-5. Now, After Extracting SP Flash Tool on your PC, Open Flash_tool.exe and run it as administrator to start Tool.

Step-6. Click on the "Download" Tab, now click on the "Scatter-loading" button and select Scatter file in the Huawei Stock firmware folder.

Step-7. Once you have clicked on the "Download" Button/Tab to begin the Flashing Process.

Step-8. Now, connect your Huawei Smartphone to the PC via USB cable.

When your device is connected, Press Huawei Smartphone "Volume Down" or "Volume Up" key, so that your computer easily detects your smartphone.

Step-9. Once Flashing is completed, You see, the Green Ring will appear then remove the USB cable from the Huawei device.
